They speak some English, enough to get by for a haircut, and I had no issues communicating the cut I wanted, and I also showed a picture for reference. They even thinned my hair without me having to ask!

They cut my hair dry, washed and styled it. Took only 1hr. Very happy with my cut, and great service!
